Our forest-raised pork shoulder roasts will be a hit at your BBQ this summer. Slow cooked and pulled, they are perfect on a sandwich paired with your favorite sauce. Our animals forage for food in our hardwood forest while being supplemented with a locally grown no-corn, no-soy, non-GMO feed. They aren't given any antibiotics, GMOs, or added hormones.
