Our forest-raised pork fat is perfect for frying foods or seasoning your cast iron. Fat comes frozen in approximately 1lb slabs of back fat for you to render. Our animals forage for food in our hardwood forest while being supplemented with a locally grown no-corn, no-soy, non-GMO feed. They aren't given any antibiotics, GMOs, or added hormones.
