Our forest-raised pork leaf fat is perfect for baking or seasoning your cast iron. Fat comes frozen in approximately 3lb packs for you to render. Our animals forage for food in our hardwood forest while being supplemented with a locally grown no-corn, no-soy, non-GMO feed. They aren't given any antibiotics, GMOs, or added hormones.
