Our forest-raised pork Italian pairs perfectly with marinara sauce for pasta, in a skillet with cabbage and potatoes, or atop a homemade pizza.  Use them with your favorite recipe to liven up your table. Our animals forage for food in our hardwood forest while being supplemented with a locally grown no-corn, no-soy, non-GMO feed. They aren't given any antibiotics, GMOs, or added hormones. Orders ship on Wednesday if ordered before Sunday at midnight.
