Our chickens are raised on pasture where they are rotated in large, portable fences protected by their own guardian dog, Lily. Unlike many pastured chickens, ours are not confined in portable coops but are allowed to range in a protected fencing where they can roost on branches, shelter under trees, and move freely. They are provided portable shelters for the rain and shade sails for sun protection. They are supplemented with corn-free, soy-free, and GMO free feed from a local mill in north Alabama as well as feed grown on our own farm.
